Talavera Palm Springs

Lovely boutique hotel; walking distance from everything. The team was so accommodating and friendly. Rooms had a bohemian vibe and the grounds were beautiful! Every room had a private hot tub and there were two pools on the small property. I couldn’t believe how much they squeezed into the space! The beds were very comfortable and the rooms, spacious.

Such a nice boutique hotel in a great location in the tennis district. Walkable to everything downtown. It’s very peaceful with a tropical vibe. This was our second stay and we’ll be back! Also, our host, Joanie, was wonderful!

Words cannot describe enough the wonderful time we had at this beautiful boutique hotel. We were travelling with a small dog so we were thrilled to learn this beautiful hotel is also pet friendly and situated right around the corner from so many shops and restaurants. From the moment we pull into a dedicated parking spot right in front (also rare especially when located right off of a popularly busy main street), we knew this place would be special. The hotel texted me with advanced check-in, gate and room access information which came in handy as we arrived shortly after their on-site staff left for the day. Gate access was flawless and once we opened the gate, it was like we stepped into another world. Lush greenery, soft lighting opens up to a courtyard and around the corner, a sparkling pool, and our room, The Sedona. Every detail was thought of…arriving after dark, they had the lights on for us so there was no fumbling for light switches. After a stroll to dinner, we enjoyed the private hot tub located right outside the bedroom. The bathroom is spacious and has a wonderful soaking tub separate from the spacious shower. We wish we had an opportunity to stay an extra night so that we could have enjoyed the pool so we decided we will definitely need to come back!

Have visited Palm Springs multiple times and stayed in several different places. Talavera is by far the best stay we've experienced! Large and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful pools and grounds, and super convenient to good restaurants and the heart of the city. Sounds like I'm a bot for the owner, but I'm not--I'm just one half of a couple who thoroughly enjoyed their stay!

We stayed here recently for an anniversary trip and loved every second! The room was spacious, well laid out, and we enjoyed access to a microwave, fridge, and other kitchen accessories. The pool was amazing, and we loved having access to the private hot tub as well. We will definitely be returning to Talavera the next time we are in Palm Springs!

We stay at the Talavera every year and it is always consistently AWESOME! The grounds are Zen and super chill and the rooms are amazing. Also the location is an easy walk to downtown close to all the action. We just got home from a bonus stay for us and it was perfect.

We LOVED our stay in the Ranch room! We were arriving very late by train (2am), and communicated with the hotel beforehand to ensure we could get into the room. Although it took a few phone calls and a round of phone tag, overall, the process for a late check in was smooth. I like that they send the codes via text for entry. Employees were super friendly when we did see them. The employees don’t bother you while you are there which we didn’t mind. The room itself was super cute and very clean. The bed and sheets were soft and cozy. The pool was warm enough to swim in during the month of January. The hotel is in a great location, you don’t need to drive to go shopping or go to dinner! The one and only concern (not even a complaint) was the hot tub with our room was very cloudy. We didn’t use it. This didn’t bother us, as we wanted to use the pool, but it could bother others. It’s possible the cloudy water was just from sitting there without the jets on, as I don’t know anything about hot tubs. Anyway, we LOVED this place and plan to continue to stay at this awesome hotel every time we visit Palm Springs!

Coming back for sure. Quiet, clean, serene with gorgeous landscape. Didn’t see but 3 people and they were all whispering Goal was to not have to see or talk to anyone - this was PERFECT Rooms spacious, bed so comfy with nice linens. Love the private hot tubs in the individual patios Puka basically has your own private pool (two pools on site) -86degrees and can use 24/7 Staff is AWESOME. So close to town - 2 min bike ride (they have bikes you can use) PET friendly! My favorite Palm Springs stay so far. They have thought of everythin.
